Poses

This amazing photo was taken outside the gym in a tree. Since it was in the shade it was hard to keep focus. I like this photo best because it was too funny and the color was great. I wish we could had added more color to his face, but we couldn't reflect light that far.

As we were looking for a new spot with lots of color we found this bench by the q-hut. I had only one problem and that was the direct sun light. I do like his posture though, he just sat down and immediately made his post, it was perfect. I never did get to use the reflector as sun shade we didn't think of it until Perderson told us on the last photo day.

I took this photo of Jennifer right in front of the umbrellas. We only had the problem of direct sun light it washed out the photo a little at first. I like her smile in this photo it's hard to get her to smile, but eventually it works and like this one it comes out well. I wished we could have used gold reflecting light to get rid of the shadow but I didn't want it to washout.

As we went right outside the hallway this was the first photo we took. We had no problems with this photo Jennifer sat down, Tony reflected gold, and I took the photo. I like the gold color of light brought to her face and it made the photo more lively. I wish I could have gone back in Photoshop and made the contrast of the photo better.

We went to the umbrellas a lot because of the mix of colors, but we found this wall, took some photos with it, and one of the photos was this one. I didn't really have a problem with this photo because after this Jennifer kinda got better with the light reflector. I like this photo because it makes Tony look very tall when he stood on the wall.  I only wish we could have used white instead of gold on the light reflector.

We went to the umbrellas to take this photo. In a lot of these photos I tried to get their face less blurry, but the camera wouldn't focus it took awhile. I like the way her stance is it brings some humor to the photo. I wanted to make her look taller, but I didn't want to get my white shirt dirty.

Under the court near the library was where I took this photo. This photo had the same problem I had with Jennifer and it would focus only on the middle of the photo. I like this photo because he has a serious look that makes the photo have more meaning behind it. I wish I could have taken this photo from another angle because centered is boring.

I took this photo of Mr. Fry here right by the counseling office. It was hard to get the light on his face because in the shade he is very dark.  I like this photo best mostly for his face it just made me laugh. I wish I could have taken this photo from another angle, but I wasn't thinking about that at the time.

For this photo we were by the umbrellas all the way at the end next to the classrooms. It was hard to get the camera to focus on her face, it constantly focused on the middle of the photo. I liked this photo best because she had the right stance and had smug smile. I wish more color was in this photo because the school buildings are pretty plan, but still a good photo.

We were outside the front entrance of the gym when I took this photo. It was hard to get her all in frame when she jumped. It's one of the best because it is a cooler wild card photo. I wish there was more color in this photo because it is kinda plain.

Final Questions
The most challenging part was the lighting, but thanks to the reflector disks we were able to get more light. My skills in photography have improved because now I am more creative with my photos and they also look better due to my familiarity with the camera and the fact that it can take great photos. I am interested in learning how to take photos that everyone would like, like how to take breath taking photos. Also for the last group project I want to be able to pick my group.
